Alain Menu on Chevrolet Lacetti wins race 1 on the English Brads Hatch circuit, leading the race from beginning to end. This last victory for Chevrolet confirms the great progress made this season. OMP supplies fireproof gear to the RLM Chevrolet team drivers.

The first manche on the Valencian track, the last of the season’s races for GP2, it’s been a well-fought battle where the threat of rain made the various teams choose different tyres. The Campos drivers made the right choice with dry tyres. Vitaly Petrov and Giorgio Pantano were soon leading the race, and held their position to the chequered flag. On Sunday Timo Glock won the 2nd race and the championship. OMP provides the Campos Racing team drivers with fireproof clothing (suite, underwear and gloves).

The Zandvoort (Holland) race, took off with the season’s 2007/2008 A1GP championship race, which will be made up of 11 GP races and will end on 2nd March 2008 at Brands Hatch. The latest race was won by Oliver Jarvis, with Adrian Zaugg (South African team) landing in second place. This race also saw the debut of OMP’s Grand Prix (SC728) helmet, sported by Alex Yoong (Malaysian team). OMP provides fireproof clothing (suite, underwear and gloves) for the following team drivers: Germany (confirmed), South Africa (confirmed), Indonesia (confirmed), Malaysia (confirmed), Italy (confirmed), Brazil (new), Lebanon (new), Pakistan (new).


omp oct4.jpgWTCC – Monza, double victory means championship chances for Seat Sport team

Victory in the 1st race (Saturday) for Yvan Muller’s Seat Leon TDI, ahead of his team-mate Jordi Gene. Jordi Gene won Sunday's race, Nicola Larini landed second driving the Chevorlet Lacetti, Yvan Muller took fifth position winning enough points to take him to the top, leading the competition with Andy Priaulx. The decisive race will be run at the final race on 16th November of the 2007 Championship in Macau. OMP provide the Seat Sport and RLM Chevrolet team drivers with fireproof clothing.
