MauriceThomson Motors Ltd is one of New Zealand's leading independent Italian car specialists, catering for all the Italian marques, including Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Lancia. We offer the widest possible service throughout New Zealand and a parts sales service worldwide. We are a family run business, founded in 1953 by Italian car enthusiasts', and over fifty years later we are still constantly looking to offer the best possible service to our customers.

Our service involves covering all aspects of owning and running an Italian car under one roof with a full range of services from small mechanical repairs to full engine rebuilds in our new expanded workshop which includes two new hoists. With this new facility we are looking to increase our fleet work and are planning to take on a new staff member shortly.

We can supply a comprehensive range of parts worldwide, including new, used and reconditioned. We also supply tuning and perfornance parts and accessories. During the course of the last few years we have forged partnerships with several Italian and English companies to allow access to the best quality parts and technical lknowlege.

We are passionate about Italian Cars and all things Italian, and it was because of this that we expanded our business to importing OMP Racing Equipment to compliment our ability to provide a full package to our Race Car enthusiasts. We can build rollcages for our customers and then kit the car out with OMP racing seats, harnesses etc. Build a race engine for them and complete all the necessary paperwork with Motorsport New Zealand to get them up and running in Clubsport events, Targa, Classic Motor Racing etc.
